Ahead of its planned spin-off from Resideo Technologies, ADI Global Distribution hosted its inaugural Investor Day at the New York Stock Exchange. The event brought approximately 45 investors to Freedom Hall to hear ADI’s leadership present the company’s standalone strategy, growth opportunities, and financial outlook.

ADI entered this new chapter with a strong story to tell. The company is a leading global distributor of professionally installed low-voltage products, offering more than 500,000 products from over 1,000 suppliers. Its portfolio spans security, fire and life safety, data communications, and residential and commercial audiovisual technology.

But presentations and financial projections could tell only part of that story. ADI also wanted investors to experience the breadth of its product portfolio and see the technologies behind its market position.

Turning a Broad Portfolio into a Focused Experience

ADI and Snap One have worked with Holt Experiential for years to create large trade show exhibits showcasing their products and capabilities. For Investor Day, Holt was asked to translate that experience into a smaller, more refined environment appropriate for an intimate, high-level audience.

Holt designed and produced three two-sided product displays for the lobby outside the presentation room. Together, the displays organized ADI’s extensive offering into six clearly defined categories:

• Intrusion and access control
• Video surveillance
• Commercial and residential AV
• Data communications
• Fire and life safety
• Networking and connected-system technology

Illuminated product panels, dimensional category identifiers, integrated monitors, and ADI’s blue-and-white visual identity gave the displays a polished, cohesive presence. The contemporary environment stood in striking contrast to Freedom Hall’s historic woodwork and architecture, helping signal that investors were being introduced to a technology-driven company prepared for its next chapter.

Demonstrating the Technology Behind the Strategy

Rather than relying entirely on product images and corporate messaging, Holt integrated actual products throughout the displays. Cameras, control systems, networking equipment, fire detection products, AV technology, access-control devices, and other solutions allowed ADI representatives to connect the company’s investor presentation to tangible examples.

Approximately half of the featured products were fully operational. Cameras, monitors, connected devices, and other technologies were wired, powered, and connected to the internet so ADI team members could demonstrate how they worked. Products that were not practical to activate within the venue were presented as carefully arranged static displays.

The result gave ADI representatives a natural setting for more detailed conversations before and after the formal presentation. Investors could see the range of categories ADI serves, recognize major supplier brands, and explore the growing portfolio of exclusive products strengthened by ADI’s acquisition of Snap One.

Eight Hours to Transform Freedom Hall

Working inside the New York Stock Exchange presented a demanding installation schedule. Holt’s team could not begin until the space had been cleared following an earlier Resideo event.

Five Holt team members then had approximately eight hours to install the three displays, mount and connect the products, complete the lighting and technology integration, and prepare the environment for ADI’s product testing. Everything had to be operational and presentation-ready for the following day.

Holt completed the transformation on schedule, giving ADI time to test the live demonstrations before investors arrived.

A Tangible Introduction to an Independent ADI Global

Investor Day provided ADI with an opportunity to explain why its scale, market position, omnichannel platform, supplier relationships, and expanding exclusive-brand portfolio could create long-term value as an independent company.

Holt helped make that story visible. Within the distinguished setting of the New York Stock Exchange, the product experience transformed a complex portfolio into a clear, engaging demonstration of what ADI offers, how its technologies work, and where the company sees opportunity ahead.

ADI was scheduled to complete its separation from Resideo on August 3, 2026, and begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ADIG on August 4.
