ADI / Snap One at CEDIA 2024
Attendees Crowd into ADI / Snap One’s Highly Interactive CEDIA 2024 Exhibit
The 50 x 70 foot Snap One exhibit at CEDIA 2024 was the most recently designed, built, and installed by Holt Experiential in a partnership spanning over 15 years.
However, there is no room for complacency in this long-term relationship.
“We come to them every year and say ‘How do we do it better? How do we do it bigger? And how do we do it in a more interactive way?’” said Emily Moore, Marketing Events Manager, ADI / Snap One.
Holt eagerly continues to rise to the challenge. “They just keep outdoing themselves,” said Moore. “Everyone talks about our booth. It is the place to be on the show floor. We are never not crowded. We’re never not packed. Everyone each year consistently comes up to us and says your booth is one of the most incredible booths on the show floor.”
According to Moore, their CEDIA 2024 exhibit attracted and retained a crowd of buyers in 3 ways:
1. Inviting Design
“Our exhibit is always so crowded because our booth is a really nice place to hang out,” said Moore. “It’s a gorgeous, warm space that you want to be in. There’s lights and there’s textures and there’s patterns and there’s so much going on. There’s content playing over here, there’s music playing over there, there’s places for you to sit down and have a conversation and this is the place to be.”
“I would say my favorite thing about the exhibit is all the lighting elements that they’ve been able to incorporate into every single area, because it’s our proprietary lighting product,” adds Moore. “It’s elevating the aesthetic. It is bringing the products to life. It’s making it more interesting and it blends seamlessly with every area of the exhibit.”
2. Incredible Interactivity
Dozens of Snap One’s working high-tech products are embedded directly into the exhibit walls, where booth staffers demonstrate them to attentive prospects. “What’s been great about working with Holt is that they always come up with really creative ways to kind of bring our vision to life and to show what these products do and not just what they are. They’ve found ways to make it really interactive and bring life to it and make it interesting. And you see it from across the room or across the exhibit hall and you want to go see what we’re doing over here.”
3. Use Case Experiences
Snap One products were grouped and displayed in several experiential areas dedicated to popular use cases. “We really wanted to show holistic use case solutions, so like with our lounge and bar experience, with our living room experience, our entertainment rooms, the control room, it’s how you would see it in real life, it’s showing that full solution and being able to bring so many different products and brands into the same space — has blown everybody away!” explains Moore. “And it’s completely changed how people see us, what they buy, how they buy, and I don’t think we’ll ever get away from doing a holistic solution type of exhibit.”
“Holt has a real gift for the details,” said Moore. “They make it look so real and they make it look so elevated. They’re taking all of these features of our products and creating the perfect space to highlight what’s so special about them.”
