Branded Environments Energize Leadership + Associates

Branded Interiors Across 4 Floors

HBI wanted their new Park Building headquarters in downtown Winston-Salem to propel its associates and brands into a fresh, exciting reality, one that celebrates the past, but looks to its future. The overarching goal for the new facility was to inspire growth, ingenuity, and mentorship in the workplace.

HBI asked Holt Experiential to help create their bright, energizing environment from which leadership and associates would be motivated and proud to work.

On four floors, Holt designed, fabricated, and installed branded environments in lobbies, arrival zones, common spaces, eight conference rooms, and a community break room. Elements included printed graphic wall and window murals, 3D art, brand statement and logos, custom wood millwork, product platforms, framed art, and brand accent paint.

Setting the Tone

Branded interiors in entry and arrival zones helped set the tone and energize employees and visitors. Employees across multiple disciplines walk by these environments every day.

Extending Brand Reach – Common and Work Areas

Branded interiors extend beyond entries and conference rooms deeper into spaces where employees work every day. Employees experience the HBI brands in the community break room, common areas close to workstations, and a feature display that highlight new products.
