Live Video Platform Leader Attracts Crowds with Tech-Infused Exhibit

At the 2025 NAB Show, TVU Networks connected with TV network executives and freelance broadcasters to demonstrate how TVU is transforming live production and broadcasting.

Throughout the show, their 30×30 exhibit was filled with attendees learning about TVU’s latest solutions in cloud-based production, AI automation, and 5G-enabled workflows.

TVU Attracts with Video Wall, Demos Products with Kiosks

In approaching the design and layout, Holt worked closely with TVU to develop a highly functional and comfortable space, with a focus on interactivity, product highlights, and customer engagement. The overall architecture is clean and attractive to allow the brand, messaging, and interactions to take center stage.

The star attraction of the TVU exhibit was a massive 16-foot-wide by 10-foot-tall LED wall playing an energetic looping video featuring flashy, quick cuts, including visual shout-outs to major partners and clients. All other exhibit elements were limited in height to allow for clean sight lines to the LED screen.

To advance the sales cycle, TVU demoed their products at multiple kiosks around the exhibit perimeter and hosted meetings with clients, partners, and key prospects with furniture that matched the TVU brand.

The exhibit promoted TVU’s brand personality and appealed to a younger, professional and influencer audience with a cutting edge, approachable tech look.

TVU is a global technology company, with major clients, partners, and booth staffers from around the world. While they exhibit across multiple continents, NAB is a true international show, allowing them to meet with key audiences worldwide at one event. Holt crafted an experience that fits the needs of all these audiences.

TVU greeted attendees with pre-scheduled meetings at their reception desk. Holt knows that managing the attendee experience, traffic patterns, and flow of booth space is important in making every touchpoint count during the short time you have at an event.

TVU demonstrated in real time how their innovative products work to create a complete system to crowds of prospects, clients, and partners.

Even higher than the tall LED wall was a round hanging sign, which provided long-distance brand visibility, allowing TVU to plant their brand flag at the event.

Kiosk monitors were mounted high enough to gather better attention during real-time demos, but not so high as to block the LED wall.

Two high-resolution touch screen kiosks on the booth perimeter pulled attendees from the aisle and let TVU give more hands-on demos of their 5G Workflows. This increased demos which allowed for more meetings with prospective clients and more results from the show.

TVU Networks invite attendees to unwind, catch up with colleagues, and explore their latest advancements at their own cocktail party during NAB, creating a massive buzz and packing their exhibit with visitors.

Another important goal for TVU at NAB was to highlight their 20th anniversary, celebrating their market success, milestones and achievements, promoted with exhibit graphics and logos on staffer attire.
