Bright brand colors, iconic signage, and plenty of pickle personality invite visitors into the Mt. Olive Pickle Parlor for a truly dill-ightful brand experience.

We Don't Design Spaces - We Pickle Them With Personality

In addition to a wider variety of branded and non-branded pickle-themed merchandise, the parlor shares much of the company’s nearly 100-year-history. Holt Experiential expertly designed integrated displays for artifacts, images, and highlights of employees, shareholders and events over the years.

Celebrating 100 Years of Mount Olive Pickles

Mt. Olive’s signature greens, bold black logo accents, and vibrant yellow details are woven throughout the retail space.

For years, more than 10,000 visitors made the trip to Mt. Olive Pickle’s tiny 600-square-foot gift shop in their headquarters building at the edge of town. As the brand approached its 100-year milestone, the Mt. Olive team saw an opportunity to create a big experience to welcome fans and celebrate the legacy behind the iconic pickle. They partnered with Holt Experiential to expanded its retail presence into a must-visit Pickle Parlor in the heart of downtown.

Mt. Olive Pickle inspired merchandise is available in their new immersive 3,000 square feet retail store and branded museum.

Merchandise displays are woven into Mt. Olive’s story, surrounded by historic imagery, branded graphics, and timelines throughout the Pickle Parlor.

The Custom Built Historic Pickle Bar - Inviting and Fun

A focal point featuring daily tastings, pickle-inspired snacks, and specialty sodas.

Holt Experiential took cues from the time of Mt. Olive Pickle’s founding in the 1920s, with its simulated punched tin ceiling, schoolhouse lights, the pickle bar and its ornate cabinetry. The design is also based on Mt. Olive’s brand colors.

Now, visitors experience daily pickle tastings, try pickle flavored soft drinks and munch on pickle flavored snacks while sitting at the ornate pickle bar.

The Pickle Barrel - A Salute to History and Quality

Archival images, artifacts, employee highlights and an award winning video celebrate pickle history.

The Mt. Olive Pickle Parlor served as the filming location for the television series Kitchen Curious with Vivian Howard during the 2025 Pickle Festival. The natural light and fully branded interiors created an ideal backdrop for production.
