LenelS2 at ISC West 2024
LenelS2 Expands Tech In Their Exhibit To Promote Their Products + Partners
The tech-infused LenelS2 exhibit was an exciting, busy space at the well-attended International Security Conference and Exposition (ISC West) 2024 show.
The LenelS2 booth has long been a destination at ISC West, promoting their industry-leading advanced security and access systems. In previous years LenelS2 had included other adjacent brands from their parent company in their space at ISC West, but for 2024 looked to focus their messaging while those other brands exhibited independently at the event.
Video Tower to Attract
For their 2024 event, LenelS2 decided to go even bigger on video to attract more attendees and promote their new and upcoming innovations. A large, octagonal central tower featured LED video walls on 4 wider sides (and brand texture graphics on 4 thinner sides). Videos boosted brand and marketing messages to attract attendees from all over the show floor.
One side of the tower was also dedicated to presentations, with a flat screen monitor attached below the video wall, and cube seating in front. There were also 4 video cameras attached to the tower, which fed into a live stream of the activities of the exhibit and provided another selling point while demonstrating product.
Above the video wall tower hung a huge hanging sign, the bottom covered with a fabric graphic print of the LenelS2 logo, which created impressive mass and brand impact.
Kiosks to Engage
While the tower was essential to LenelS2’s strategy to attract ISC West show attendees, their 8 kiosks were vital for hosting hundreds of face-to-face demonstrations. LenelS2’s complex electronic products were mounted to the kiosks, all live and active. Two redundant, hardwired internet lines provided connectivity with less risk for the entire exhibit.
The kiosks were divided in two groups:
Close to the aisles, 5 taller kiosks surrounded the exhibit’s perimeter, with brand and industry messages on the exterior side, and product messages on the interior side. The product panel faces were removeable to allow for easier product organization before attaching to their kiosks. TV monitors were actual interfaces into LenelS2’s technology.
Then, 3 shorter kiosks adjacent to the central tower walls promoted 6 different Open Access Alliance Program (OAAP) partners. The OAAP partners staffed the kiosks representing their companies within the LenelS2 exhibit.
LenelS2’s new exhibit fulfilled its main functions well, attracting ISC West attendees into the booth space, and then helping staffers and partners to engage and persuade visitors to advance the buying cycle.
